President and Managing Partner of INTX Capital

Steve Wilbur is President and Managing Partner of INTX Capital. He believes successful companies have a focus on developing and nurturing great leaders, and delivering “uniquely” to the customer in the marketplace.

Mr. Wilbur’s prior experience includes:

  • Co-Founder and Managing Partner for an Enterprise Risk Consulting firm that was purchased by a “Top 10” accounting firm.
  • Co-Founder and Partner of an Information Technology (IT) staffing firm recognized as the 2nd fastest growing firm, in it’s sector, in the United States.
  • Interim CEO/COO/CFO, consulting with numerous companies, in a variety of industries to assist in restructuring or transforming the business.
  • Captain in the U.S. Army where he specialized in finance and operational planning.

Mr. Wilbur holds a Masters in Business (MBA) from the University of Houston and a Bachelors Degree (BS) in National Security and Public Affairs from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Vice President and CFO of INTX Capital

Mr. Wagoner’s prior experience includes:

  • Began management career in internal auditing and procedure documentation for Caterpillar Tractor Company – Peoria, IL.
  • Taught in the Accountancy Department of Trinity International University near Chicago, IL
  • Consulted with a wide range of small to medium sized companies in the areas of finance and accounting over the past 30 years.
  • Built a successful trustee services company over the past 20 years, serving high net worth individuals and families with trust services and financial and tax consulting.
  • Served on various boards including Beacon Alliance, Trinity Alliance LLC, Rudder Capital Corporation, and Build India LP. He has also served on various non-profit boards including Christian Service Foundation and Young Life – Fort Wayne Area Committee.

Mr. Wagoner holds a Masters from the Trinity International University and a Bachelors Degree (BB) in Accountancy from Western Illinois University. He became a C.P.A. (Certified Public Accountant) in 1982.
